 Jimmy Donaldson, born May 7, 1998, best known as the pseudonym MrBeast is an American YouTube star, entrepreneur and philanthropist. The YouTube personality is known for creating a YouTube video genre that is focused on extravagant stunts. His main YouTube channel, "MrBeast", is the fifth-most-subscribed on the platform. Donaldson, who was 13 years old when he started uploading videos on YouTube under the username "MrBeast6000". His initial content included "Let's Plays" as well as "videos that estimate the wealth of other YouTubers." In 2017, he became a viral sensation following his "counting to 100,000" video racked up millions of views in just a few days. He has become increasingly popular ever since, with the majority of his videos earning thousands of views.Over time his style of content expanded to include challenge and donation videos that pay millions of dollars, videos with difficult challenges or tasks as well as original videos. Donaldson had several of his childhood buddies assist him in managing his growing YouTube channel. MrBeast, Donaldson's main YouTube channel with over 100 million users, was established in 2022.
